  Cancellation, Return & Refund:

  1. Customers can cancel their orders before dispatching the order.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

  Return / Refund:

  1. We have 3 days return policy. The product/products not eligible for return/refund after 3 days of delivery.
  2. Any customized product, which is made as per customer's instructions are not eligible for exchanges.
  3. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  4. The returned product is not different from what was shipped to you. Returned product should have the same serial no, mentioned in the invoice to be eligible for return.
  5. The refund process will commence upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.
  6. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
